OUR STORY

It all started in our home town, Jogornathpur Syhlet, where we fell in love at first sight with naga. It was all a dream and has now become a reality.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED...

The Hussain brothers grew up in a small town where they shared a love for cooking, especially making burgers. Every weekend, they would experiment with different recipes in their backyard, perfecting their craft. Their parents, recognising their passion, always encouraged them to turn their hobby into something more substantial. One summer evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, the brothers gathered around their makeshift grill. Tipu, the oldest, flipped a burger patty while turning to his brothers. "What if we opened our own burger place?" he suggested, a spark of excitement in his eyes. The idea took root immediately. Juel, the second oldest and a whiz with numbers, began outlining a business plan. Rajed and Sajel, the middle brothers and talented designers, sketched out potential logos and restaurant layouts. Jumel, the youngest, brainstormed menu items and unique twists he could bring to the burgers.

They pooled their savings and sought advice from industry experts. With their funds secured, they found a charming, albeit run-down, building in Richings Park - Iver. The brothers spent countless hours renovating the space, turning it into a cosy, inviting burger joint. Their parents and friends pitched in, painting walls, assembling furniture, and adding personal touches. As the opening day approached, the brothers worked tirelessly to perfect their menu. They decided to call their place "MOZA" honouring their culture and country.

Each burger is crafted with care, using locally sourced ingredients and secret family recipes. On opening day, the neighbourhood showed up to support the brothers. The line stretched down the road, and the air was filled with the mouth-watering aroma of sizzling patties. MOZA quickly became a beloved local spot. Word spread, and soon people from neighbouring towns came to taste the MOZA burger. The brothers' dedication to quality and community paid off, and the business now thrives. The brothers knew they have achieved something special. Their shared dream had become a reality, and they had done it together, one burger at a time.
